My career has provided me with the opportunity to study human behavior up close and personal. I have interviewed over 30,000 professionals and placed hundreds of professionals into new jobs, honing my understanding of what drives and motivates people.

I am also raising 4 boys, so if that tells you anything about my ability to find calm amidst the chaos, I don’t know what does.

I’ve climbed the mountain, won the awards, and did everything that society says is successful, yet I was not fulfilled. I decided to go on a journey to find myself. It was hard and wobbly, but there’s so much beauty on the other side. Now, I’m here to teach you what took me decades to figure out in a fraction of the time.
